NAVITEX CONNING OIL has been specially developed for preparation of cone of textile yarn. Coning is a process of preparing a cone of yarn that releases yarn uniformly in the next operations like on a knitting creel, warping creel or braiding creel. An ideal cone is not too soft or too hard. NAVITEX CONNING OIL enhances the subsequent operations like warping or braiding. It is water soluble, emulsifiable and helps provide flexibility to the yarns. It also offers abrasion resistance, antistaining and antistatic property to the yarns.

NAVITEX CONNING OIL is oil for preparation of cone of textile yarns. PERFORMANCE AND BENIFITS:

Offers good finish to fabric. Antistaining – leaves no stain on the yarn or fabric. Picks up less oil. No deposit formation. Superior Antistatic Property – prevents fibre pick up dust build up. Yarns can be easily arranged parallel to each other. Ensure uniform release of yarn from cones. Excellent Washability – possesses excellent washability that facilitates easy removal of oil.
